If you desire to cancel your services for a particular MyPad^® package or cancelling your account with us, please email support@mypadnow.com 30 days before expiry of the service. There is no cancellation fee. Once your account is cancelled, your Content may not be recovered. There will be no refund if you cancel the Service before the end of your current, paid-up month, year, or before the completion of the event and you will not be charged or billed thereafter.

 

For refund of your fees paid to Individual organizers of Conference, Call for Paper, Workshop, Symposium, Exhibition, Tradeshow etc, you must contact the organizers for refund and the terms may vary for each events.
