All those engaged in teaching and research are cordially invited to submit papers either on issues related to the focal theme, or to the themes of Thematic Panels or the research being pursued in given discipline for any of the 19 Research Committees or for any of the themes of seminars/symposia/workshop/colloquia. Papers can be written in Hindi or English.
